FOFO also in Tunisia

On September 17, our Tunisian instructors came together for a full day of Trainer Training (FOFO), led on-site by Patrick Cabané, Martine Tassone, and Benjamin Courtois.

The program included in-depth work on one of the pillars of our teaching approach: facilitation posture. Between workshops on Sensitive Types and Chronic Reactional Modes, hands-on training on acute and chronic clinical cases, and discussions on the school's international challenges, the goal remains the same: to guarantee an interactive, rigorous teaching approach no matter where you train.

Why does this gathering matter?

• Training to teach better. Ongoing training that allows our instructors to stay true to our interactive teaching approach, in step with the real needs on the ground.
• Growing human synergy within our teams. Beyond the instructional content, this is a genuine opportunity to strengthen ties between trainers, through exchanges that build cohesion, trust, and collaboration.
