This October, the entire CEDH team came together to show its support, in its own way, for the Pink October campaign. It was a simple way to share a message that matters to us, both within our team and with the healthcare professionals we train.
Early screening remains one of the most effective ways to improve breast cancer care. As a reminder, in France, an annual clinical breast exam is recommended starting at age 25, in addition to the organized mammography screening offered between ages 50 and 74. These are simple guidelines, but they are worth reminding your patients of regularly.
As a training organization dedicated to healthcare professionals, we see every day how important your role is in informing patients, referring them, and supporting regular follow-up.
